  • 0.33 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup fruit jam or preserves such as raspberry, apricot, or fig

Method
 

Preparing the Chestnut Flour Cookie Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
