Ingredients

Jello mixture
  • 1 box (3 oz) Green Apple Jello
  • 1.5 cup Boiling water
  • 0.75 cup Sour green apple vodka
  • 0.5 cup Cold water divided
  • 7 oz Sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.25 oz (7g) Unflavoured gelatin
  • a few drops Neon Green gel food colouring
  • 16 oz Green Apple Popping Boba

Equipment

  • Saucepan
  • Whisk
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Silicone cups or Jello molds
  • Refrigerator

Method

Step 1: Preparing the Ingredients
  1. Boil 1.5 cups of water in a saucepan.
  2. Add the green apple Jello mix and whisk until completely dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Step 2: Adding the Vodka
  1. Stir in 0.75 cup of vodka. Be careful not to overmix to prevent the Jello from breaking.
Step 3: Creating the Witch's Brew Effect (Optional)
  1. Pour a small amount of the Jello mixture into each mold or cup.
  2. Add a few drops of black food coloring to the remaining mixture and stir gently to create a marbled effect.
  3. Carefully pour the marbled mixture into the molds, filling them about 3/4 full.
Step 4: Setting the Jello Shots
  1. Refrigerate the molds for at least 2 hours, or until the Jello is completely set.
  2. For faster setting, place the molds in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes.

Notes

To easily remove the Jello shots from the molds, run a knife around the edge of each shot and dip the mold in warm water for a few seconds. For a fun presentation, serve the shots on a platter with dry ice for a smoky, witchy effect.
