Sushi Burrito Preparation
- Cook and season the sushi rice according to the provided recipe.
- Prepare all the fillings. Slice the vegetables (cucumber, avocado) and cut the fish (salmon) into appropriate sizes.
- Lay out a sheet of nori seaweed on a flat surface (a sushi rolling mat can be helpful).

- Roll tightly like a burrito, using the sushi rolling mat if desired to ensure a tight roll.
