- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice hot dogs into 3-4 pieces each. Unroll crescent roll dough and press seams together.
- Cut dough into thin strips (about 0.5-inch wide). Brush mustard onto each hot dog piece.
- Wrap each hot dog piece with dough strips, leaving a small gap for 'eyes'. Place on baking sheet.
- Using a toothpick or small knife, cut small slits in dough for 'eyes'. Place olive slice into each slit.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until dough is golden brown and crispy. Allow to cool before serving.
