  • 2 avocados peeled, pitted, and sliced into thin strips
  • 10 oz smoked salmon or sushi-grade raw fish sliced into thin strips
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 0.25 cup spicy mayo see recipe below
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce for serving
  • 1 tbsp pickled ginger for serving

Method
