  • 24 ounce salmon fillets 4, 6 ounce fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • kosher salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoon sesame seeds to garnish
BBQ Sauce
  • 0.5 cup ketchup
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Method
 

BBQ Sauce Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the ketchup, honey, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and cayenne pepper.
Salmon Preparation
  1. Preheat grill to medium heat or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grilling Instructions
  1. Place salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down (if applicable).
  2. Brush the BBQ sauce over the salmon fillets.
  3. Grill for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Alternatively, cook in foil for easy cleanup.
Baking Instructions
